When signing up for the waitlist we collect: • email address, • selected role (student, university, founder, investor), • optional additional data provided voluntarily (monthly budget, investor type, investment ticket, project description). When creating a founder account (sign in with Google) we additionally collect: • full name (from your Google account), • profile data provided voluntarily: company name, website, LinkedIn, description of current customers, funding stage, idea description, links to pitch deck and one-pager. We do not collect sensitive data. We do not perform automated profiling.
We process your data in order to: • maintain the waitlist and inform you about the platform launch (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent), • send emails related to the beneficiary recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract/pre-contractual steps), • send the weekly newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@wioska.ai.
We retain your data until consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact. We can delete your data earlier upon your request.
Your data may be shared only with trusted technical subprocessors necessary for the platform to operate: • Neon Inc. — database hosting (EU servers or with appropriate safeguards), • Loops Technologies — email delivery (USA; transfer based on standard contractual clauses), • Vercel / Cloudflare — application hosting, • Google LLC — authentication (sign in with Google OAuth; USA; transfer based on standard contractual clauses). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Under GDPR you have the right to: • access your data, • rectification of your data, • erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), • restriction of processing, • data portability, • withdrawal of consent at any time, • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The site uses only essential cookies required for the application to function correctly (session, CSRF). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
